《典范英语2a Lesson 1 Monkey Tricks》
学情分析:
二年级学生活泼好动,爱模仿,爱表演,对英语学习有浓厚的兴趣,有较强的英语表达欲望,但他们在课堂上注意力时间不够持久,这就要求教师结合多种教学手段,通过直观的图片、音视频、课件等,使学生始终处于学习兴趣浓厚的氛围之中,积极参与到课堂中来。本年级学生在牛津教材中已经学过一些动物的词汇及如何描述动物,如giraffe, monkey, elephant, It’s big/small. It’s yellow/brown/black...... It likes......这些知识为今天的故事学习做了很好的铺垫。
教材内容及分析:
《典范英语》是英国牛津大学出版社出版的一套家喻户晓的英语母语学习材料。这套教材以故事为核心,以激发孩子兴趣为首要目标,倡导“在故事中轻松、快乐、自然习得英语”。教材成功塑造了几个活泼可爱的核心人物形象,内容生动有趣,引人入胜,易于儿童理解和接受,贴近学生生活。本篇故事Monkey Tricks主要讲述了Kipper一家去参观动物园,看到了许多动物的故事。
教学设计思路:
教学目标:
● 语言知识目标(教学重难点)
通过听、读、演等方式,学生能理解故事、朗读故事、复述故事,并能模仿故事的语言结构对故事进行简单的创编。
● 思维品质目标
通过故事的学习,学生能提升对英语故事的阅读兴趣,发展观察力、想象力、逻辑思维能力以及口语表达能力。
● 情感价值观目标
学生通过阅读故事,能了解并感受到动物的友好及可爱,能产生爱护动物、善待动物的美好情感。
教学工具:
动物卡片,动物头饰,多媒体课件,单词句型条,魔术帽及魔术袋。

1.Warm up:Sing a song
Teacher’s activities:
Sing a song “Brown bear”
T:Good morning, everyone! Look, today Vivi is a conjuror. I’m so happy. I want to sing a song. Do you want to sing with me? Let’s start!
Students’activities:
Ss follow T to sing the song.
Ss:Brown bear, brown bear, what do you see? …..
Purpose:
组织课堂教学,活跃课堂气氛,唤醒学生对已学动物旧知的记忆。
2. Revision:A magic show
Teacher’s activities:
A magic show: T turns out many kinds of animal cards from the magic bag and asks Ss to talk about these animals.
T:You are so nice! Now I will show you something interesting. Hey presto! Wow, what’s this?
(At last , T turns out Biff, leads out the story)
Students’activities:
Ss talk about the animals which from the magic bag.
Purpose:
激发学生学习兴趣,继续复习有关动物名称及其生活习性的旧知,为下一步学习故事里的动物做铺垫。

激发学生兴趣,整体感知故事,了解故事梗概。

调动课堂气氛,继续激发学生兴趣,锻炼学生的思维及口语表达能力,同时引出funny一词,引导学生理解其意义并点出故事主题。

(2)(3)学生从集体朗读故事进入到个人朗读故事环节,再次操练和巩固故事的学习效果,为下一环节“复述故事”打下基础。

教学点评:
这是一节二年级学生的绘本阅读课。对于刚入学一年、知识储备还很薄弱的二年级孩子而言,如何激发他们的阅读兴趣,引导他们积极地参与到故事阅读活动中来,是教师的首要任务。本节课在以下两点给我们很大的启示:
1、激发和培养学生的阅读兴趣——Reading for fun
运用各种教学手段,激发和培养学生的阅读兴趣是本节课最大的亮点。从“读前”阶段的唱歌、魔术表演,到“读中”阶段的图片环游、故事内容猜测,再到“读后”阶段的故事表演、创编故事等活动的设计与实施,都充分考虑了二年级学生的年龄特点、知识储备和认知水平的发展,很好地激发了学生的学习兴趣和参与热情,让孩子们在学习体验的同时也充分感受到了阅读的乐趣。
2、促进学生语言知识的学习与运用,发展其思维能力——Reading for knowledge
学生在有趣的故事情境、真实的语境中学习和运用语言知识,发展思维能力,是本课的另一特点。在话题主线的引导下,老师巧妙地将语言知识渗透到各种活动中去,由浅入深,由易到难,层层铺垫,层层深入,学生参与学习活动的广度和深度都较充分。学生在体验学习过程的同时还锻炼和发展了自身的观察力、想象力和逻辑思维能力。
